This book compares different `frozen conflicts' in Eastern Europe: former Yugoslavia, Transnistria, South Ossetia, Abkhazia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Crimea and Donbas. Most contributions are written from the perspectives of political, sociological, historical and diplomatic sciences. The main goal is to formulate security measures through analytical comparison, which would offer peaceful solutions to current conflicts in the region of Eastern Europe.
