Populäre Kultur und Medien

Popular Culture and Media - this series is dedicated to the academic analysis and criticism of these closely related phenomena, that are central to contemporary culture. It presents research on aspects of popular culture and media from theoretical and empirical as well as systematic and historical perspectives. The series covers a wide spectrum of research objects, theoretical and methodological approaches, and disciplinary backgrounds so as to represent the variety, openness, and changeability of this important cultural field.
