The tenth volume in this series of books considers core issues for policymakers both in industrialised and emerging economies: integration of money markets in Europe, economic implications of fair trade as well as the nexus between monetary policy and economic inequalities. Whilst these topics appear as distinct issues at first sight, the authors discuss potential interlinkages between economic integration and inequalities throughout. The policy implications are based on a range of different methodologies and still seem to be relevant considering the current state of the world economy.
